Sales Manager/Sales Director -
Lighting Products

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Formulate and implement effective overseas market expansion plans based on the company’s strategic goals, develop new clients, and maintain existing clients to expand market share.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales and profit targets to drive continuous growth in company performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Collect and analyze market information, competitor dynamics, and customers’ needs to provide strong support for sales strategies.
  • Brand Promotion: Enhance the company’s brand visibility by participating in exhibitions and promotional activities and developing follow-up market development plans after exhibitions.
  • Contract Management: Responsible for business negotiations, contract signing, and accounts receivable planning to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure the successful achievement of sales goals.
  • Other: Complete other related tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of overseas sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in lighting product sales. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a preference for mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin, both spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to accurately understand customer needs.
  • Strong decision-making ability and execution skills, capable of adapting to high-pressure work environments.
  • Familiar with overseas sales processes and capable of independently developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Strong stress resistance and ability to adapt to travel requirements.
  • Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Sales Director position.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
